MET-HE Series

The expression of the panel and tension values The tensioner sets the maximum damping force provided by the damper to 100% and divides the damping into 100 parts, each part as a scale value. The larger the value displayed on the LED screen, the greater the corresponding output tension, and the smaller the vice versa.

The tensioner control panel is shown in Figure

ADVANTAGES :

a.The damping is adjusted by changing the voltage, and the tension at both ends can be switched with a button, making operation simple. b.It adopts the standard Modbus RTU protocol, enabling communication with customer PLCs, HMIs, and MES systems. c.It can achieve a maximum stable tension output of 5000g.

Tensioner Electronic Tensioner MET-F Serie

The built-in electromagnetic hysteresis device generates different damping effects through the conversion of the electromagnetic field. By adjusting the voltage in the control circuit, the strength of the magnetic field in the hysteresis device is modified, thereby controlling the output torque and the adjustable tension value.


a. The damping can be adjusted by changing the voltage, making the operation simple.
b. Dual display screens at the front and rear facilitate monitoring of production conditions.
c. Two symmetrical machine models with the wire wheel on the left or on the right are available, offering diverse options based on space requirements.

d. The tension equipment is equipped with display screens on both the front and rear, making it convenient to monitor during both adjustment and operation.

ELECTRONIC TENSIONER MET SERIES

The tension of the MET Tensioner is generated using hysteresis brakes and built-in control circuit. Its tensioning mechanism runs without any mechanical contact, resulting in minimal friction from the connecting bearing. This provides a smooth, stable and consistent tension even in even high-speed winding. All MET tensioner come with a "Auto Fine-Tuning Circuit" which fine-tunes the tension by sensing the tension arm's movement. Its Control Circuits are packed within its solid and compact designed body casing.

It operates with DC24V power and features wire jump prevention and Built-in wire breakage detection. Tension attenuation is also not possible.
