ENAMEL WIRE STRIPPER (MODEL EWS 05-50)

The EWS 05-50 will strip many Film Insulations including Enamel, Varnish etc., for a range of wire sizes between 0.5 to 5.0mm

Using a high speed rotary stripping insert, which is precisely adjustable to match the diameter of the bare conductor, surface insulation is easily removed.

The insert is held in a special adjustable chuck assembly which, when locked in position, allows precise repetitive stripping without risk of damage to the conductor.

2 Conical Stripping Insert provided along with the Stripper suitable for different wire sizes. Insert 1 = 0.5 to 0.8MM ; Insert 2 = 0.8 to 1.5mm; Insert 3 = 1.5 to 3.0mm Can be provide according to the customer requirement)

SIMPLE SETUP & STRIPPING OPERATION

1. Loosen the Chuck Assembly with the two wrenches provided.

2. Place Stripping Insert into the chuck and hand tighten.

3. Place the work piece into the insert and tighten the Chuck Assembly with the wrenches provided so that the insert closes but the work piece can still be removed.

4. Remove the work piece and start the Machine.

5. Strip the wire by pushing into the Stripping Insert and remove to examine.

6. If insulation is not completely removed switch off the Machine, tighten Chuck Assembly and repeat stripping operation.

The Brush is held in a special adjustable knob assembly in that can adjust the thick ness of the wire

The Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper is an electrically driven stripping machine with Foot Pedal operation for varnished wires. It consists of a motor unit and a knife head. The knife head is equipped with 3 carbide blades. The blades are closed by rotation (centrifugal force).

The Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper strips the wires from 0.5 to 3.0mm.

The speed is regulated via a controller and thus the pressing force of the blades is adjusted for every individual material thickness. The working piece had to be inserted between the non-operating blades – switch on the Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper (using the red thumb bottom) then draw out the stripped wire.

FINE WIRE ENAMEL STRIPPER-Cylindrical Type

Model FEWS CY-02-06

The Fine Wire Enamel Stripper is designed for stripping miniature coils and fine magnet / enamel wire.

The enamelled wire is introduced from above (or from the front) between the rotary, conical glass fibre wheels, the enamel is then removed from the wire.

The design of the wheels allows a visible method for making close stripping easier. With a knurled thumb screw the distance of the conical wheels can be stopped to suit the respective wire size. In order to allow for stripping of different insulating enamel coatings, 2 types of wheels are available.

Stripping to within ¹/₈" of a component body are possible with no restriction on stripping length.

The Model “FEWS 003 - 03 “ Fine Wire Stripper will strip film type insulation including Forever, ML, enamel, varnish, isonel, and more from fine wires. The conical fiberglass wheels rotate at high speed to generate frictional heat which softens the insulation on the wire. The “nap” of the brush wipes this insulation away. The machines features a strip length stop which allows for consistent strip lengths, a dust take off port for environmental safety, and close-up multiple wire stripping capability. The unit also cleans and polishes leads of small electronic components and removes oxidation and other contaminants from leads as small as 0.0012” (.03mmø) diameter.
