Ceramic Wire Pulleys with Plastic Flange - NT SERIES??

These pulleys are commonly used components in coil winding machines and textile machines in instances where there are radical changes in the direction of a passing material (such as copper wires).

The ceramic roller rings are made of fine ceramic (Alumina Al2O3), with a hardness of HRA88, density of 3.85 and the surface polished to ultra-fine Ra0.2 finish. It has a high-speed precision bearing within the ceramic roller ring, which keeps the sliding distance between the enameled wire and the roller below 0.2 mm, so as to protect the coating of the wire and to maintain the stability of the wire tension.

Ceramic Wire Guides (Eyelets, snail guides, ring and eic.,) are normally used in guiding the wire direction in coil winding machines. Material hardness, smoothness and contact radius are important in order to reduce the friction co-efficiency.

TROPHY's fine ceramic wire guiding products are made of 99% Alumina AI203, a material with HRA88 hardness and a density of 3.85. Surfaces are polished to ultra-fine finish of Ra0.2.

We can also polish the ceramic guides according to the users requirement, such as a surface finish with semi-polished (Ra0.8) and fine polished (Ra0.4).

Ceramic Eyelet(Ring)

Ceramic Ring has been used for guiding the Direction. The Ceramic Ring, which has been made of nice ceramic, the Luster degree of its working side attains Ra 0.2. Because of the high hardness and the rough degree, the surface of ceramic ring is very smooth and the friction coeffient is very low, it can act as guide apparatus to the part which is not importent so that even the wire is sleeping on its surface, it won't be scathed.

The cage pulley, also known as non-torque pulley, is used in instances where are radical changes in directions and prevents wire jumping during winding process.These Ceramic Cage Pulleys are made of fine ceramic (Alumina AI2103), with their surfaces polished to ultra-fine Ra0.2 finish.There is a high-speed precision bearing withinthe ceramic roller which keeps the sliding distance between the enameled wire and the roller below 0.2mm, so as to protect the coating of the wire and to maintain the stability of the wire tension.
